This is the world's first and only domestic-size electric-powered hot smoker, and has been exceptionally well thought out. Besides its flick-of-a-switch convenience, the insulated phenolic handles and feet mean that it remains safe to handle at all times, and can be used on any surface no matter how delicate - even a varnished garden table.
For cleaning purposes its power supply is removable, meaning that the main unit, which is coated in non-stick Teflon, can be washed in complete safety (including putting it in a dishwasher).
It's taller than most other smokers, giving more room to cook, but taking a little longer to do so. There is a timer unit to ensure you don't over/under do it plus a comprehensive instruction/recipe ideas book.
