Sirloin Roast
	Cooking Instructions Place on a roasting tray, season the meat and cover with tin foil. Place into the pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Centigrade for approx 25 minutes/kg + extra 25 minutes at the end. Remember to baste the meat during cooking.
