Haggis Cooking Instructions

Defrost thoroughly if frozen

Boiling - wrap in aluminium foil and place in a pot of simmering water for 60 minutes for 0.5kg or 75 minutes for 1kg.

Oven - wrap in aluminium foil and place in a cooking dish with a little water and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180C (Gas Mark 4) for an hour.
