We process orders for despatch on Wednesday's. The deadline for receipt of orders is midday on Tuesday.  Your order will be despatched by courier for delivery within 24 hours.  It is very important that someone will be at the delivery address to take receipt of your order; packages will only be left in unattended places on your specific instructions and at your own risk.

Delivery charges are: UK Mainland up to 10 kgs. - £11.50 then £0.60 per kilo; Aberdeenshire up to 30 kgs. for £11.50.  Special rates apply for non-mainland destinations.

To ensure that your order reaches you in premium condition, your items will be individually vacuum packed and placed within an insulated cool box with frozen gel-packs.  The packaging conforms to BSI standards.  In the event of any problems you must advise us within 24 hours by calling 01771 637234.
